Whatsapp, Whatsapp beta

WhatsApp Beta, a Facebook-owned messaging company, reveals new exciting features.  As reported by WABetaInfo, the expected new features to be added to the App are undergoing initial tests and will be out soon.

The 2.17.437 WhatsApp Version’s new Features Include

  • Picture in Picture Mode (PiP)

PiP is the best feature for the multitasking maniacs. The new PiP mode has an icon that prompts you to switch to PiP mode once you are on the video call. WhatsApp Beta new PiP mode also plays YouTube videos directly from the chat box without changing to YouTube once the user gets a link.

  • Private Group Replies

You will no longer have to leave the group to have a private conversation. If you also don’t want everyone in the group to know what’s on your mind, you can directly message a specific group member while still in the group.

  • Tap to Unblock

It’s now simple. The latest WhatsApp feature allows users to unblock people by just tapping and holding on a contact.

  • Link Invitation

Group administrators will have no trouble adding members one by one any longer. Users will soon join groups directly via the shared links from other members or group administrators.

  • Shake to Report

Every WhatsApp Beta version user can quickly report the devices’ problems by shaking it. Shaking opens up a “Contact Us” window of WhatsApp that allows you to send the report.

What Else Comes with the New WhatsApp Better Version?

The updated WhatsApp also allows administrators to prevent group members from sharing images, messages, GIFs, videos or even starting a new live location session.

Also, group administrators will have the ability to disable other participants from chats and have their conversations as group admins. This means that the other members can only read the incoming messages but cannot reply.

Further, the group creators will have full control of the group whereby other group administrators cannot delete them from the group.

Group administrators can decide if other members can change the group’s subject, icon, and its description or not.

WhatsApp Beta version latest will also come with a new button. The button will allow users to easily switch from voice to video calls without ending the voice call in progress.
