On Sunday AMD unveiled its new high-end CPU’S and GPU’S. We were anticipating a new line up from AMD for the last couple of months and they finally announced it this Sunday. The main focus on this line up will be on games. In this article, we will look into the new Radeon RX Vega GPU’s and new Ryzen Threadripper CPU’s.
First of all, let’s look into the new Ryzen Threadripper lineup. Above all this new CPU will consist of 12-14 CPU cores and to be honest it is a lot of cores. It will be available from August 10. Also, they announced their 8 core Ryzen Threadripper CPU which will be available from 31 August.
AMD is very well known for making good processing hardware on relatively cheap price. With this new lineup of GPU’s, they are back in the game. As a result, they will be competing against best high-end GPU NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 1080. The new graphics cards are based on AMD’s Vega GPU architecture. Consequently, the new lineup also consists of 3 GPU’s. Radeon RX Vega 64 liquid cooled, Radeon RX Vega 64 air cooled and Radeon RX Vega 56 air cooled. The price range starts from $400 and goes up to $700.
